Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery services, refunds are governed by the following policy.
1. Successful Delivery
Orders that have been successfully delivered to the provided account, game ID, or service are not eligible for refunds.
2. Incorrect Information
Refunds will not be issued for orders placed with incorrect Game ID, Server ID, Email Address, Mobile Number, or other information provided by the customer.
3. Failed Orders
If an order fails due to a system issue and delivery is not completed, the customer may receive:
- A full refund, or
- Store credit, at our discretion.
4. Duplicate Transactions
Verified duplicate payments may qualify for a refund after investigation.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
Customers must report unauthorized transactions immediately. Each case will be reviewed individually.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in suspension of access to RyukOfficial.in services.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 3-10 business days depending on the payment provider and banking system.
8. Final Decision
RyukOfficial.in reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refund eligibility after reviewing all relevant information.
